Mr. van Roden has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Glatfelter, a specialty paper producer located in York, Pennsylvania, since February 2005, prior to which he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2003. Prior to joining Glatfelter, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Conectiv, an energy company located in Wilmington, Delaware, from 1998 to 2003. Prior to joining Conectiv, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lukens, Inc., a specialty steel producer located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, from 1982 to 1998.
