John began his career with InterFirst Bank - Houston, N.A. and moved to Phoenix in 1985 to open and manage a regional mortgage banking office for The Robert C. Wilson Company. He is a former director and past president of the Arizona Commercial Mortgage Bankers Association. Memberships include Lambda Alpha International, an honorary land economics society, and the Thunderbirds, a volunteer civic group which sponsors the FBR Open Golf tournament on the PGA tour. John is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, having served on the commercial retail center "blue" council and also past co-chair of the membership committee of the Arizona district. He is a native of Houston, Texas and received a B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University in 1979. |
