Mr. Shoemaker has served on our Board since October 2007. Mr. Shoemaker has held various executive management positions including with Sun Microsystems and Xerox Corporation a publicly-traded provider of document management technology and services. Mr. Shoemaker has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of Altera Inc. and SonicWALL Inc.
