Mr. Stuppin was elected Chairman of the Board in May 1995. Since September 1987, Mr. Stuppin has served in various executive capacities with Neurobiological Technologies, Inc. (NTI), a biomedical development company he co-founded, and he currently serves as a director of NTI.
