John B. Greene, of counsel, joined the firm in 2000 bringing more than thirty years experience as a corporate and tax lawyer. He spent his most recent eleven years at Wickwire, Greene, Crosby, Brewer & Seward. Prior to that, Greene was a partner with Heller, Ehrman in its Seattle office. Mr. Greene has an LL.M. in Taxation. He has worked as general counsel for Southwest Forest Industries, a Fortune 500 company based in Phoenix, Arizona, and as associate general counsel for Boise Cascade Corporation. Mr. Greene is a corporate lawyer, concentrating on business counseling, tax, antitrust and transactional work on behalf of large and small clients, including public companies and privately held entities, partnerships, and joint ventures.
