John has been Director since July 2002, and prior was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Bank from January 1996 until September 2000, and President of Travelers Cheque Group from April 1997 until September 2000. He joined American Express following a 27-year career at Chase Manhattan Bank, during which he held various senior posts in the United States, Europe and Japan. His last position at Chase was that of Chief Executive Officer of ChaseBankCard Services, which he held from 1993 until 1995. Presently serves as a director of Rewards Network Inc. |
