John Sheaffer serves as CEO and Chairman for The Sysix Companies, a nationwide full-service computer technology solutions provider, Comprised of three companies; Sysix Technologies, Sysix Consulting and Sysix Financial, the organization boasts revenues of $55 million in 2005. Mr. Sheaffer has 21 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning from consulting services and project management to sales, marketing and operations. He joined Sysix in 1999 as President, and in early 2001, executed a management buyout of the company. Prior to joining The Sysix Companies, Mr. Sheaffer served as Vice President of Forsythe Solutions Group. In this role, he managed multiple business units, which includes hardware reselling, consulting services and marketing for his group, as well as lease portfolio management. Mr. Sheaffer started his career with Forsythe MacArthur in 1991 and founded The Systems Group, the reselling and consulting arm of Forsythe, the following year. The Systems Group evolved into Forsythe Solutions Group in 1995. Prior to joining Forsythe in 1991, Mr. Sheaffer held various leadership positions in other technology firms, including PC Quote, Service Land and Micro-America. |
