John A. Millspaugh
Profile : John Millspaugh is a partner in the Business Services Group, and chairs the Sci-Tech section. Mr. Millspaugh assists companies, including those in the health and life sciences industries, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general business and corporate law, venture capital, and entrepreneurial services. Mr. Millspaugh is a 1996 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School where he was co-founder and managing editor of the Michigan Law & Policy Review. He holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics from Ball State University. Mr. Millspaugh is a member of the Indiana State and American Bar Associations and is active in several civic and charitable organizations.
