Mr. Halbrook is Chairman of the Board of Woodward Governor Company , a manufacturer of controls for various types of engines, and was Chief Executive Officer until retirement in June 2005. He was previously a director of AMCORE Investment Group, N.A., until 1997. He also is a board member of HNI Corporation, a manufacturer of office furniture and fire places. Mr. Halbrook, who joined the board in 1997, is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Investment and Executive committees. |
