John A. Batsch joined HBE in 2003 and currently serves as Director of Operations for VISCOM Products Inc. and Director - Public Sector for HBE. As the Director of Operations for VISCOM, he oversees the operations within the division, including coordination of system design, production, installation and maintenance. As Director - Public Sector for HBE, he is responsible for coordination of installation, service and maintenance for security at the Port Authority’s metropolitan area airports and the wireless infrastructure at the MTA’s city tunnels.
Throughout his 30 plus year career, Mr. Batsch has held various line and staff positions in both the security and wireless industries at Mosler Safe Company, a division of American Standard; Advanced Mobile Phone Service, subsidiary of AT&T; NYNEX Mobile Communications Inc.; Mobile Communications Company of America (MCCA) and AeroComm Inc., a division of IFCI.
Mr. Batsch has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Western New England College, attended numerous advanced management/post graduate courses in finance and management, plus augmented his management background with technical courses from New Jersey Institute of Technology and the US Air Force.
