Joen E. Greenwood, Vice President, is an expert in industrial organization and in the economics of antitrust, intellectual property, and damages. Her recent experience includes several large damages studies and critiques for international arbitration proceedings. Ms. Greenwood's work has spanned a variety of industries, including airlines, chemicals, electric utilities, petroleum and petroleum products, and telecommunications. She is co-author of Folded, Spindled, and Mutilated: Economic Analysis and U.S. v. IBM. She was recently appointed to the National Coal Council by the U.S. Secretary of Energy. |
