Joel Simon is a Principal with XRoads Solutions Group, and the firms Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Joel also serves clients within the firms Corporate Rescue practice. A Certified Public Accountant and highly experienced corporate executive, Joel specializes in advising clients on: Acquisitions Divestitures Corporate Restructuring Reorganizations His extensive industry experience includes real estate, construction, manufacturing, professional services, retailing and wholesaling. Before joining XRoads Solutions Group, Joel was EVP, COO and Director of Olympia & York Companies (U.S.A), one of the world's largest commercial real estate developers. He has also held President and CEO positions in the real estate business, a Senior Partner and Executive Committee member at a major regional accounting firm, and is currently a Director of two publicly listed companies on the NASDAQ and American Stock Exchanges. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science from Queens College of the City University of New York. |
