Joel is responsible for all technology capabilities and decisions at e-Rewards. When e-Rewards was founded in 1999, Joel was instrumental in both designing and delivering the core e-Rewards technology infrastructure. Joel specializes in the application of "systemic" technology-based solutions that solve today's business problems and has more than 22 years of distributed computing experience in all aspects of systems management, business process and workflow analysis, systems analysis, design, development, and implementation. Prior to his work at e-Rewards, Mr. Davis worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) for 14 years where he specialized in the design, development and implementation of major client/server systems, and supported dozens of clients with process analysis and optimization, and technology planning. Joel earned his bachelor's degree at Mercer University. |
