Mr. Coykendall joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since January 2002. Mr. Coykendall is currently Senior Vice President for Loan Production in NorthMarq’s Jacksonville Regional Office. He responsible for expanding NorthMarq’s origination and placement of loans on income-producing properties throughout North Florida. Mr. Coykendall re-joined LMRES in 1992 from GMAC where he was Senior Vice President. Prior to his employment with GMAC, Mr. Coykendall was with LMRES since 1993 serving as a senior loan production officer in the Jacksonville office. Mr. Coykendall has over twenty years experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He holds a B.B.A Degree from the Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He is also a licensed Salesperson and Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida. |
