Joel leads the firm’s diversity recruitment efforts and also specializes in financial services and not-for-profit recruitment. Before joining Baldwin Gilman, Joel served with the Federal Reserve Bank in various human resources and operations assignments for over 16 years. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility with BancOhio and First Wachovia.
An active volunteer, Joel recently completed a term as a United Way executive board member. He is a founding member of the Urban Financial Services Coalition, and is the past chapter president of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association. Joel holds an undergraduate degree from Ohio University. |
