Experience: Joel has more than twenty-five years of accounting, tax and management experience. He is currently Partner-In-Charge of the Norfolk Goodman & Company Office, Regional Partner-in-Charge of the South Hampton Roads area, and a member of the Goodman & Company Management Committee. Joel is a firm-wide resource on matters related to real estate and tax consequences of real estate. He has a wealth of experience related to affordable housing issues, low income housing credits, cost segregation, cash flow analysis, financial projections, debt and equity financing, and entity formation.
