Joel P. McCann is a senior accountant at Buffamante Whipple Buttafaro, P.C. A 2002 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Joel has received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University. Joel performs and supervises audit engagements for school districts, not-for-profit and governmental organizations, manufacturing entities, and insurance companies. His scope of work also includes single audits performed in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, corporate and partnership tax preparation, and a wide variety of review and compilation engagements. Joel is also responsible for training and supervising other accountants at the firm, overseeing complete client engagements, and being involved with the client's middle to upper level management during engagements throughout the year. Joel is currently a member of the Institute of Management Accountants where he served on the board of directors for two years. He is also a member of the St. Bonaventure University chapter of Delta Mu Delta (National Honor Society in Business Administration). Joel resides in Olean, New York. |
