Joel M. Wilentz, M.D. has been a Director of the Company since March 1997. Dr. Wilentz is one of the founding members of Dermatology Associates in Florida, founded in 1970. He is a member of the boards of the Neurological Injury Compensation Association for Florida, the Broward County Florida Medical
Association, and the American Arm of the Israeli Emergency Medical Service for the southeastern United States, of which he is also President. Dr. Wilentz is a past member of the Board of Overseers of the Nova Southeastern University School of Pharmacy. |
