Joel M. Simon has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1996. Since July 2000, Mr. Simon has been a principal of XRoads Solutions Group, LLC, a financial consulting and advisory firm. Mr Simon was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Starrett Corporation, a real estate construction, development and management company from March 1998 to December 1998. Prior to that, Mr Simon was a private investor from 1996 to 1998, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Olympia & York Companies(U.S.A) from 1984 through 1996, and a practicing CPA from 1967 through 1983. Mr Simon serves as a director and member of the Audit Committe of Avatar Holdings, Inc, a residential real estate company. Mr Simon has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York. . |
