Prior to joining bmc, Joel founded and managed his own firm, Delewski & Shurr for 10 years. His professional experience has focused on the tax and financial management issues facing closely-held businesses and their families. Joel's background includes serving clients in a variety of industries and encompasses corporate and individual taxation, bank financing, auditing, financial reporting, business succession planning, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation services, and personal retirement planning.
