Joel J. Matcovsky has been a Managing Director at premier investment banking firms in the U.S., U.K. and Europe. He was a founder and an Executive Vice President of Merrill Lynch Asset Management and a co-developer of the CMA concept. He was also Managing Director of Banque Paribas' merchant banking arm in North America and of British-based James Capel's corporate finance group in the U.S. At Merrill Lynch, Paribas and James Capel, he structured and launched investment products, funds, and partnerships which raised billions of dollars. Mr. Matcovsky has served as Chairman of the Securities Industry Association's Committee on Investment Management and as an adjunct Professor of Economics at New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business. Mr. Matcovsky is a founding principal of Chatsworth Capital Corporation and a founding member of Chatsworth Securities LLC. He attended Brown University and New York University School of Law. |
