Joel H. Paul, President, has served the not for profit community for over 30 years. His professional career encompasses both national and international organizations.

Prior to initiating the firm in 1986, he served for fifteen years as the Executive Director of the Hillel Foundation of Philadelphia. In this capacity, he guided more than 20,000 college youth annually. He was also elected President of the Federation's Agency Executives.

Joel has served on many Boards and he has utilized his lay and professional experience in helping organizations formulate both policy and direction. He has often been invited to lecture on hiring agendas, organizational policies, and executive choice.

Joel has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Russia, Europe and Israel. He has also led missions to these countries.

A Boston native, Joel received his BA from Boston University. His graduate studies have been completed at Yeshiva University, Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania.

A consummate people person, Joel has since 1986, been involved in placing thousands of professionals. His promise is to provide unconditional honesty and unilateral excellence, to the best of his ability.
