Independent Director since 1997. Mr. Herter is a senior consultant of Wolf & Company LLP, certified public accountants, where he has been employed since 1978. Mr. Herter's business experience includes providing accounting and auditing, tax and general business services including venture and conventional financing, forecasts and projections and strategic planning to a variety of industries. Mr. Herter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Herter currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees of Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and director of Suburban Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Herter also serves on the board of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. |
