Joe Welker is an information systems specialist and assists in the support, operation and continual use of the firm’s networks and computers. Prior to joining Rea in 1999, he was a network engineer for 18 years at GBS Computer & Communications Systems. Mr. Welker received an associate's degree in computer technology from Kent State University's Tuscarawas Campus. He is the treasurer of the board of directors of the Eastern Credit Union, a member of the Quaker Club and a member of Tuscarawas County Basketball Officials. He lives in New Philadelphia, Ohio, with his wife, Jamie, and their two sons, Erik and Christopher. His hobbies include officiating basketball and jogging. |
