Joining Looper Reed & McGraw in 2007, Joe concentrates his practice on general commercial and construction litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as Articles Editor on the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. Joe interned for the Honorable Lynn Hughes, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He also interned for Justice Terry Jennings, First Court of Appeals of Texas.
