From his over 35-year career in telecommunications, Joe has gained extensive experience in network design and installation as well as due diligence and investment consulting. Joe has designed and installed networks for all types of service providers as well as a national 16-switch network for a wholesale provider of operator, DA, calling cards and prepaid cards. He has also managed the design, product selection and implementation of NMS systems as well as transition planning for IP by traditional networks. His investment consulting experience includes work with Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Teltrust, Ameritech, US One and First Data Corporation. He has completed numerous due diligence assessments, contracted the first shared user B&C agreements in the U.S. with LECs and managed the design for complete OSS systems requirements. Joe has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Las Vegas and has completed several extension programs at UCLA. |
