Joe Ruble joined CSG in 1997 and is responsible for the company’s worldwide legal and corporate development activities and operations.
During his tenure at CSG Ruble played a critical role in negotiating the company’s largest contract as well as heading the negotiation teams for all of acquisition-related transactions.
Ruble’s experience includes major litigation securities compliance corporate governance debt and equity related transactions government relations matters as well as managing a legal infrastructure with staff and counsel located throughout the world. Ruble serves as the corporate secretary to the CSG Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CSG Ruble served for five years as vice president and general counsel for Intersolv Inc. and previously as counsel primarily responsible for international legal operations for Pansophic Systems Inc.
Ruble began his legal career as a lobbyist for the software industry in Washington D.C. Ruble received his law degree from Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from Ohio University. |
