Joe is Kadent’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. With over 25 years of experience, Joe has held a number of senior IT leadership positions with companies ranging in size from start-up enterprises to the Fortune 100, including UnitedHealth Group, The Image Bank, U.S. Pharmacopeia and InfoPro Technologies. From 2002 through 2007, Joe had been a consultant working with COO/CIO level clients providing IT business solutions in the healthcare, insurance, and financial services industries. Joe has directed all aspects of IT, including strategic planning, policy/governance/standards development, central shared services, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, performance monitoring, change management, services delivery, outsourcing partner relationships, voice/data communications, finance and procurement, business re-engineering and IT transformation. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. |
