Joe Farnsworth is responsible for all customer facing operational aspects for AltiusPAR, including Electronic Channels, Operations, Quality Assurance, Service Delivery, Training and Customer Service.
Joe has 10+ years in the hospitality industry, most recently as Director of Service Delivery with Pegasus Solutions. At Pegasus Solutions, his responsibilities included leading service delivery and customer service for the Americas region, being responsible for the well being of all representation service customers in the region. Joe also lead the call center operations in North America for Pegasus which included direct management of the call center in Scottsdale, AZ and of their outsourcing partnerships in the region. Prior to Pegasus Solutions, Joe spent 5 years with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in their Worldwide Call Center where he held various leadership positions.
Mr. Farnsworth holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Information Systems as well as an MBA with a focus on International Management and Finance, both from Bellevue University. |
