Joe directs and manages the LiveOps legal department and is responsible for all legal matters affecting the company. A seasoned executive with diverse experience with high-technology companies, he worked previously at Inktomi Corporation in a variety of legal positions, most recently as Inktomi's general counsel. Prior to Inktomi, Joe was with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counseled public and private companies in all aspects of corporate governance and business operations, public and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Joe earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of California at Davis and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School. |
