Joe Delgadillo is a recognized leader in the payment processing industry, leading WAUSAU Financial Systems as its President and CEO since February 2005. He started his career in 1977 as a sales representative for IBM and progressed through several management positions with increasing levels of responsibility. In 1986, Mr. Delgadillo joined Metavante as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With his promotion to President and Chief Operating Officer in 1993, he led the transformation of Metavante from a regionally focused business into a company with both U.S. based and international business. Metavante’s business had net income increases of over 20% each year during a ten year period. In 1998, Mr. Delgadillo was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Metavante.
In 2003, Mr. Delgadillo joined Convergys Corporation, where he was responsible for developing and building strategic business within the Health Care IT / Business Process outsourcing markets. In February, 2005, Mr. Delgadillo became the Chief Executive Officer of Wausau Financial Systems where, as an investor and the company’s leader, he is transforming the new company as WAUSAU Financial Systems in a quickly changing marketplace. Mr. Delgadillo graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science degree and obtained his MBA from Northwestern University. |
