Joe Carter, Director of Operations, has over 14 years of experience in the commercial presort industry supporting high speed letter operations across sales, procurement, manufacturing and installation. Over those 14 years, Joe held numerous positions with MidSouth Technologies, LLC, Postal Technologies, Inc., and Lockheed Martin. Most recently Joe was responsible for Operations at MidSouth which he co-founded with three other former PTI veterans. Prior to MidSouth, Joe was the Operations Manager for Lockheed Martin which acquired PTI. With PTI, Joe had many responsibilities including Electrical Department Manger and Production Manager. Prior to his civilian experience in that industry, Joe served 6 years in the United States Navy, working as a Fire Control Technician and received numerous citations and awards, including the Navy Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Award and an Honorable Discharge. |
