Positions served include: Chairman of Board - Thixotech, President/CEO of Bertram Yacht, Group President for Dura Automotive, Divisional President at ITT Automotive and Divisional Sales Manager at General Motors, Delco Remy Division.

Functional experience includes multiple positions in manufacturing, sales & engineering. Assignments encompassed global responsibility including assignments in Germany & England.
