R. Joe Zeidner has served as Vice President, Legal Affairs of 1-800 CONTACTS since March 2003. Mr. Zeidner has served as the General Counsel of 1-800 CONTACTS since September 2000 and as the Corporate Secretary since February 2001. Prior to joining 1-800 CONTACTS, Mr. Zeidner served as regulatory General Counsel of Pharmanex, Inc., a Utah-based vitamin and supplement manufacturer and distributor, from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Zeidner served as Northeast Asia General Counsel of Nu Skin Japan and Nu Skin Korea and worked at Pfizer pharmaceutical form 1989 to 1991. Mr. Zeidner received a Bachelor's degree in Japanese and Communications from Brigham Young University and a law degree from the J. Reuben Clark School at Brigham Young University.
