Fazio is Vice President of Clinical Health Solutions, responsible for the evolution of WorldDoc s product and service portfolio. Under his leadership, the Clinical Health Solutions department is in charge of new product development, clinical content, pharmacy benefit design consulting and oversight of the WorldDoc Rx (Pharmacy Benefits Management) services. Joe comes to WorldDoc, Inc. from StrongSquare, LLC., a data integration, web development, and software development firm offering a web-based prescription pricing inquiry engine for consumers and call centers. While at StrongSquare, Joe was responsible for new business development and clinical services focused on pharmacoeconomic outcomes studies, claim evaluations and re-pricing strategies. Earlier in his career, Joe was also the Vice President of Information Systems and Outcomes Research at Northwest Pharmacy Services, a Pharmacy Benefit Management company and Northwest Region General Manager at Caremark International, Inc. His extensive PBM experience and understanding of health economics and health policy analysis gives Joe unique insight into the opportunities that data integration brings to a new generation of cost effective, evidence-based care management delivery. Joe is a Pharmacist from Oregon State University and holds a Master s degree of Health Services Administration from the University of Washington. |
