Mr. Singletary is an executive officer and an owner of Sing Bros., Inc., a gasoline and wholesale/retail company in Valdosta, Georgia, and Tripo, Inc., a similar business also in Valdosta. Mr. Singletary served as a director of the Bank from 1989 until 1999 and was reelected as a director in 2001. Mr. Singletary has also served as a member of the Bank's Loan Committee since 2001.
