Joe Chaddic is a Senior Consultant with Suss Consulting. He retired from the Department of State in 2001, following 30 years of experience in State Department information technology and telecommunications.
As Deputy Chief Information Officer, Foreign Affairs System Integration, and Chief Knowledge Officer from 2000 - 2001, Mr. Chaddic had lead responsibility for the establishment of an estimated $300 million common foreign affairs IT platform that utilized Internet web enabled technology and knowledge management collaboration tools.
