Joe's experience focuses on commercial litigation practice in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. He represents clients in various matters, including contract disputes, construction cases, defective design and product cases, deceptive trade practice suits, patent infringement litigation, intellectual property disputes, and securities litigation.
Joe has significant first-chair experience in both jury and bench trials and binding arbitration. He also has handled numerous appellate briefings and arguments, including some before the Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
