Ms. Vanderveen joined Dykema in July 2005. Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Vanderveen was a partner in a multi-client lobbying firm, Vanderveen & Associates, representing diverse interests including health care, manufacturing, contracting, state contract procurement, and local government. Prior to lobbying, Ms. Vanderveen worked for nearly twenty years with the Michigan Legislature serving as a legislative aide and Chief of Staff to Senator Michael J. O'Brien.
Ms. Vanderveen has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois.
