Firm Position Jody is Chief Executive Partner and Vice Chairman of the firm’s Board of Directors. Additionally, she is the Managing Partner of our Human Resources Services Group and is located in our York office. Professional Experience Jody has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Specifically, Jody spent 14 years with Keller Resources, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist/Trainer. Prior to that, she was Manager of Training for S. Grumbacher & Son for three years and was a Human Services Education Coordinator and Trainer for eight years. Additionally, Jody is currently an adjunct professor in the Business Administration Department at York College of Pennsylvania. Jody manages the firm’s Human Resources Services Group, which provides services in the areas of human resources management, organizational development, employment law compliance, training and development, employee policies, job descriptions, performance appraisal systems, wage and salary administration, affirmative action plans, and termination assistance.
