Jodi Swanson brings Solid State clients strong expertise in brand development, an acute eye for graphic design, and more than twelve years experience leading national marketing campaigns. She specializes in managing conception and production of branded channel marketing efforts with speed, diplomacy and efficiency. Jodi's track record working with a broad menu of interactive and conventional media positions her to devise uniquely appropriate customer awareness, acquisition, loyalty and retention solutions.
Jodi has recently developed fresh brand identities and collateral systems for Jager Law Office and Acetta, a Seattle business process consultancy, as well as strategic Internet initiatives for Gonzaga University School of Law, Jones & Ward Law and the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. She also managed design and launch of a national product marketing campaign for Intava, a Bellevue, WA developer of tactile digital experiences for retailers. Working with mid-sized organizations large enough to need professional marketing help but not large enough to field a dedicated marketing staff, Jodi leads virtual marketing teams and assumes the role of an in-house "marketing director" on a spot basis or for the long term. She also manages consumer research studies to inform marketing strategy. Prior to co-founding Solid State Information Design Jodi held senior management positions at Hornall Anderson Design Works, Hadley Green Creates and ZAAZ, three nationally reputed creative agencies. At ZAAZ, a Seattle web design firm, Jodi supervised a major online customer loyalty initiative with a business-to-business focus for Hewlett-Packard. She also produced groundbreaking web initiatives for Washington Mutual, Façonnable, the Seattle Public Library and Boeing Employees' Credit Union. At Hornall Anderson Jodi managed the Holland America Line account and developed product packaging for Clearwire, a next-generation wireless broadband solution, as part of a comprehensive market-by-market product rollout effort. Previously, Jodi worked as a Microsoft contract marketing manager and a senior account executive at Seattle's Alcone Marketing Group, where she launched USWEST Cellular (now marketed as Verizon) into national markets.
