Ms. Ceballos practices in RatnerPrestia’s Wilmington office in the firm’s Trademark Group and in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Ms. Ceballos was previously a partner at a major Wilmington law firm where her practice focused on intellectual property litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, and on trademark prosecution and enforcement. She has represented both national and local clients in disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. She has also counseled clients with respect to trademark registration and licensing. Ms. Ceballos clerked in the District of Delaware for the Honorable James L. Latchum. As a member of the District Court’s Lawyers’ Advisory Committee, Ms. Ceballos participated in drafting the version of the Court’s local rules that was in effect from 1995 through 2007. She has spoken at various seminars about developments in patent and trademark law and practice in the District of Delaware and Third Circuit. Ms. Ceballos graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a legal writing instructor of first year students. |
