Ms. Phillips' practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters. She has interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has worked for the National Association of Securities Dealers. Her admission to practice in D.C. is pending; she is currently being supervised by members licensed in the District of Columbia.
While in law school Ms. Phillips was managing editor of the Catholic University's Health Law and Public Policy Journal. |
