Joan has a B.A. from Western Illinois University and a Master of International Business from Saint Louis University. She began her career in banking at Boatmen's National Bank where she graduated from the Commercial Loan Officer Development Program, working with a variety of clients, ranging from large corporations to privately owned businesses. Joan then joined a multinational corporation where she was responsible for managing the domestic debt and cash positions as well as foreign currency exposure. Joan also owned a business which she sold just prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust. She has over 15 years of experience in finance, banking and business ownership, as well as a firm understanding of International Business development. |
