Joan-Elisse Carpentier is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. As part of the Regulation and Government Affairs Department, Joan-Elisse concentrates her practice in all areas of immigration and nationality law affecting corporations and other businesses.
Joan-Elisse's work includes evaluations of immigration practices of corporations, development of corporate policies and procedures for handling immigration matters and obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant visas as well as citizenship.
