Jo Teefy joined ICT Europe in July 1999 as Training and Recruitment Manager for the Company's international contact centres in U.K. In this position, she was responsible for all human resources, recruitment, and health and safety matters in the U.K. and Ireland.
Jo Teefy has a successful track record of effectively managing teams to provide quality sales and service delivery for ICT Europe's clients. She has over 10 years of human resources management training, recruitment and employee relations experience, gained in a variety of contact centre environments. Additionally, Jo Teefy has operational management experience, having worked at a contact centre helpdesk environment in previous outsourced initiatives.
Jo Teefy holds a BA in Business Studies from Newcastle Business School at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, majoring in personnel and marketing. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. |
