Jo Hetherington has been a Credit Union member since 1993. She has volunteered with the Credit Union since 1995, served as Chair of the 50 & Better Advisory Board and as a member of the Marketing and Supervisory Committees. She is currently chairing the Community Relations Committee. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003. Ms. Hetherington’s other volunteer activity includes work with Boulder Valley Schools, introducing language and classical art programs for grade school children, as a counselor at the Boulder Department of Mental Health, and at the Colorado State Legislature supporting issues on health and welfare of school children. Employed in Boulder County in the real estate industry since 1983, she worked in real estate at the Department of Commerce, where she was the President of the Boulder Labs Federal Women’s Program, and served on the President’s Committee to Reinvent Government, and on the Succession Planning Committee instituted by Senator Voinovich. |
