Jiyun Cameron Lee is a litigation partner in FLK's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property and labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining FLK, Ms. Lee worked in the Tokyo and San Francisco offices of Morrison & Foerster. Ms. Lee speaks conversational Korean and Japanese.

Defeating plaintiffs' attempt to certify nationwide and statewide classes and obtaining summary judgment of all claims in a WARN Act lawsuit filed against a major national law firm.
Obtaining a multi-million dollar reduction in the overall settlement amount paid by the bankruptcy trustee in a class action lawsuit involving alleged violations of the WARN Act.
Representing the plan sponsor in a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of employees and former employees, alleging various violations of ERISA.
