Jing Liu is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of MINO Wireless USA, Inc. Mr. Liu is responsible for advanced products and technologies to meet the current and future needs of MINO's enterprise customers, and help the company address new market opportunities. Mr. Liu started MINO, his fourth start-up, in 2004 after finally being fed up with the high cost of international calling and roaming. He is a die-hard entrepreneur passionate about technology and business and has founded three companies in Silicon Valley providing services to the Asia Pacific region. Prior to MINO Wireless USA, Inc., Mr. Liu was the Founder and CEO of EnterSuite, an information technology consulting firm specializing in providing software development outsourcing with operations in the US and China.
