Jindrich Hampl has spent his entire career in the radar surveillance industry. He is the architect behind ERA’s manufacturing capabilities and currently holds the position of Vice President of Production Services. His expertise has helped Era establish a strong reputation for quality and reliability for the on-time delivery of systems. His career began at Tesla, a major Czech manufacturer of active and passive radars, where he worked as an independent research engineer. Not long after his career began, he moved into manufacturing and became a production manager. He was responsible for manufacturing Ramona and Tamara, the predecessors of Era’s current military system, Vera. Throughout the 15+ years Mr. Hampl spent in this position, he became familiar with all aspects associated with the manufacturing of complex, high technology systems. In 1996, he joined ERA as a project manager. Then, in 2000, Mr. Hampl was appointed the production manager responsible for the manufacturing of both military and civilian passive surveillance systems. Mr. Hampl is a graduate of Czech Technical University in Prague. |
